Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
Not for the Free plan — sign up and use Calign for as long as you want. The 7-day Individual trial starts at checkout, so it does need a card, and it converts to the paid plan on day 8 unless you cancel before then.
What happens if I hit the free plan limits?
Existing bookings and quotes keep working. New ones show an upgrade prompt so you never get stuck mid-flow.
Can I cancel my paid plan anytime?
Yes. You keep your paid plan until the end of your billing period, then drop to Free with all your data intact.
What's the difference between Individual and Business?
Individual is for solo operators — up to 30 bookings a month, analytics, and full customization. Business unlocks unlimited bookings and adds team members, per-worker assignments, and shared calendars for shops with more than one person on the schedule.
Will you ever remove features from Free?
No. We may add new paid features, but everything currently on Free stays on Free.
